Helpful staff provided an ice pack for an injury. Tasty and substantial breakfast, and good dinner option. Free extras like wellness area and sauna. Grocery stores and public transport easily accessible. Impressed with friendly and helpful receptionist. Clear directions and assistance with planning transport journey. Limited German not a problem.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a minute away from the tram stop and close to bars, pubs, and a discount market. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a rooftop sauna and an onsite restaurant with reasonable hours. The room itself was amazing, like staying in someone's loft conversion. It was large and had a small fridge, and the French doors leading to the Juliet balcony provided a lovely view. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel staff were absolutely lovely. We particularly enjoyed the famous breakfast, which was zen-like when we avoided the busy 9 am period.

Guests can enjoy a fabulous buffet-style breakfast, one of the best they've had in a long time.

The internet at the hotel is spotty and extremely slow, which can be a major downfall for business travelers.
