Convenient location near attractions, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Efficient room cleaning service. Clean, comfortable rooms with attractive decor. Helpful staff provided an ice pack for an injury. Tasty and substantial breakfast, and good dinner option. Free extras like wellness area and sauna. Grocery stores and public transport easily accessible. Impressed with friendly and helpful receptionist. Clear directions and assistance with planning transport journey. Limited German not a problem.

The location was perfect, just a minute away from the tram stop and close to bars, pubs, and a discount market. The hotel facilities were great, with a rooftop sauna and an onsite restaurant with reasonable hours. The room itself was amazing, like staying in someone's loft conversion. It was large and had a small fridge, and the French doors leading to the Juliet balcony provided a lovely view. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel staff were lovely. We particularly enjoyed the famous breakfast, zen-like when we avoided the busy 9 am period.

Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services including room service, laundry, and even bicycle hire, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere during the stay. The recently renewed building offers additional amenities such as a small sauna and solarium on the top floor. Guests can enjoy a fabulous buffet-style breakfast, one of the best they've had in a long time.

The internet at the hotel is spotty and extremely slow, which can be a major downfall for business travelers.

The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The room was always clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
